Chicken Tikka Masala

Use our Howdy Amigo seasoning as a base for your next Chicken Tikka Masala


  • 3 Chicken breasts - sliced into thick strips
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • Howdy Amigo Chicken Tikka Masala mix (1 part = 1 teaspoon)


  • Combine yoghurt and tikka mix well in bowl
  • Place chicken in bowl too and mix through
  • Rest, covered, in fridge for 1-12 hours
  • Set barbecue up for indirect cooking, aim for >392f/200c
  • Place marinated chicken evenly on grill surface

  • Cook for ~15 minutes, flipping once, to internal temperature of 167f/75c
  • Serve & enjoy!
